Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between track by track GmbH and its customers.

§ 2 Contract Conclusion

The contract is concluded upon our acceptance of the customer's offer.

§ 3 Services

We provide our services with the care of a prudent businessman. The exact scope of services is defined in the respective service description.

§ 4 Payment Terms

Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date without deduction.

§ 5 Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are only liable in case of breach of essential contractual obligations.

§ 6 Final Provisions

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, provided the customer is a merchant.
